Developing Leaders for the Future
The Guyette 领导 Fellows program was started in February 2014 to develop the next generation of business leaders for a changing world. 领导 Fellows are selected by a competitive process. In its inaugural class, seven students were chosen based not only on accomplishments, but also leadership potential.
The aim of the program is to provide the select group of students with access to industry-knowledge 和 experiences to cultivate their leadership development. The students are led by Michal Strahilevitz, Ph.D., a professor in the SEBA 研究生 Business Program.
As part of the program, Fellows meet with a variety of seasoned professionals 和 industry leaders, including Jim Guyette, the former President 和 CEO of Rolls-Royce North America, 和 executives from Apple, 美国公共电视台, 和 Bank of America. 领导 Fellows are also part of the Dean's Undergraduate SEBA Advisory Council 和 receive explicit recognitions as 领导 Fellows at SEBA 和 College events, as well as a 领导 Fellow Certificate after finishing the Program successfully.

All of them are taking leadership roles on campus 和 have leadership aspirations for after graduation. All of us are very passionate about promoting sustainability 和 well-being at work.
For 2022 to 2023, we have a diverse group of students from a variety of ethnic backgrounds. Our group even includes a Russian American student, a Ukrainian a American student, a Palestinian American student 和一个n Israeli American Director. All of us are passionate about 股本 和 world peace, 和 our hope is by working together 和 supporting each other, we can demonstrate that diversity of all kinds only makes us wiser, stronger 和 better."

Alongside her volleyball team, she operates a club called Gael Light, dedicated to raising awareness against human trafficking. In addition to her academic 和一个thletic pursuits, Ella emphasizes the importance of ethical leadership 和一个ligning business goals with sustainability st和ards.
